Career

Iain studied law at Queen’s University, Belfast where he graduated with an Honours Degree.  He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1989 and has been in private practice since then.  Iain also achieved a Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Discrimination Law in 1996.

Iain has over 25 years’ experience in all types of residential and commercial conveyancing and property related matters.

Personal

Iain is a keen Ulster Rugby fan and tries to attend all home matches and the occasional away fixture.

A former hockey player for Annadale, for the last ten years, Iain volunteers as a swimming teacher at Templemore Baths.  Has also been a non-Executive Board Member of the Charitable Social Enterprise which runs the Baths which are currently in the process of a major redevelopment project.
